MARCH 22-24, 2013 VARIETY KIDS TELETHON WEEKEND
Ilene and Ben are thrilled to be back in Buffalo, NY for the Variety Kids Telethon, benefiting the Variety Club Children's Charity, which funds countless programs for children in need in Western New York. This is one of the longest-running telethons in the US raising many millions of dollars over the past 50 years.
On Friday, March 22, Telethon weekend kicks off with the cast featured on WKBW channel 7's Good Morning Buffalo. On March 23rd, a 7 pm gala concert is being staged at the historic Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda, starring Vegas Entertainer-of-the-year Clint Holmes, Buffao and Vegas stars, the Scintas, one of the country's favorite Elvis tribute artists Terry Buchwald, and Ilene. The Telethon itself starts at 7am on Sunday, March 25th and runs until 7pm on WKBW, channel 7. Please tune in!

I play Amanda Fields, the number two talk show host, who interviews the reclusive award-winning singer-songwriter Rick Johnson (Ben Hensley) for his first live network talk show in hopes of becoming the new queen of talk show television. Bound and determined to be number one, Amanda interviews an assortment of colorful characters from Rick’s past, including his ex-wife (Zarah Mahler) and ex-boyfriend.
July 8-20, 2011 ILENE SAILS ON CRYSTAL CRUISES WITH MUSIC CENTER EMERGING ARTISTS
A trip to Alaska on the luxurious Crystal Symphony was the setting for the Emerging Artists Theme Cruise, featuring 3 winners of the prestigious Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards. A judge in the non-classical voice division of this competition, Ilene was chosen to travel with the young performers as their Master Teacher, teaching a master class onboard, emceeing the Emerging Artists headline show, and performing almost nightly in the Avenue Saloon.

Popular talk radio host Sheena Metal produced and directed this run of the powerful play to benefit VDAY.ORG and protect.org. Also in the cast of the show which ran at the CAP Theater in Los Angeles, were Lee Meriwether, Susan Olson, Daisy Egan, Marcia Wallace, Alison Arngrim and Beverly Sanders.
March 3-6, 2011 VARIETY CLUB TELTHON WEEKEND, BUFFALO, NY
Ilene and Ben returned for their 7th straight year to Buffalo, NY to raise money for the kids of Western New York. The event started with a concert at the historic Riviera Theater and culminated in the 49th Annual Telethon on W-KBW. Over $1.2 million was raised for Variety’s kids.
Ilene will be appearing at the beautiful Crest Theatre in Delray Beach, Florida on February 14th and 5th at 8 pm.
Performing her cabaret concert, "First You Dream," Ilene will be accompanied by a trio led by her husband Ben Lanzarone.
